The Resort at Tanamera: Project Highlight

The Resort at Tanamera

One of our projects, The Resort at Tanamera, is a 400-unit Class A luxury community located at 900 South Meadows Parkway in Reno, Nevada. Ideally situated in Reno’s South Meadows area, the resort-style apartment community was built to impress with eleven different floor plans ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom options. All units feature direct-access garages, nine-foot ceilings, gas fireplaces, and kitchens with tiled flooring, slab granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The Barone Group acquired the condominium complex in the early 2000s and immediately began a full remodel of the entire community.

Property Acquisition & Luxury Upgrades

After acquiring the property, our multi-family housing team implemented upgrades throughout the community. All of the units were completely upgraded and fully renovated, including new flooring, new appliances, new paint, and more.

Because our team has years of experience in all aspects of business relating to acquisitions, we were able to transform the community into a highly desirable resort-style apartment complex. We incorporated a variety of high-end amenities, including a 15,000 square foot clubhouse; 4,800 square foot lagoon-style pool plus two spas; a 24-hour fitness center and health club; movie theater and game room; racquetball courts; and more. Alongside incredible 180-degree views of Mount Rose and the Sierra Nevadas, the Resort at Tanamera is truly a stunning resort community in Reno.
